Shipping & Delivery

Every CodeHouse Apparel item is made to order. This helps us reduce waste and deliver fresh, purpose-driven gear.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing may take longer during holidays, new releases, or periods of high demand.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after production. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Free U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free on qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Multiple packages

Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Address changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. Once production or fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Delays and missing packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves production. If tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can help.
